Job Description:-
- Lead the complete cycle of business acquisition, service delivery and business expansion for a set of key customer accounts
- Revenue pipeline management through the increase of wallet share with existing customers and through the acquisition of new customers in the defined industry segment
- Proactively build and maintain trusted client relationships through an effective solution and ensure the delivery of high-quality service
- Strategically formulate account plan to provide clients- with needs-based solutions, structure an appropriate business mix, and ensure the targeted profitability for each account within the permissible credit limit
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions

- Person must have worked in logistics, trucking procurement, reaching, discovering new asset owners and onboarding them for delivering on platform or logistics delivery


Job Specification:-
- Experience in Business Development role in Import-Export, Shippers, Container lines are preferrable.
- Experience in Business Development and client servicing in Logistics / Courier / Transportation / Freight industry, B2B preferred or candidate is good into KAM & Client Acquisition
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
-Market knowledge, competition, and trend analysis
-Communication and negotiation skills
